Our Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) represents a projected arrival date, derived from the combination of our production schedule and the shipping duration: "EDT = Production Window + Shipping Window." It is important to note that this is an approximation and not a guaranteed time frame. In the event that your EDT has elapsed without delivery, we request that you allow an additional five business days before contacting us. The Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service represents a shipping option that incorporate customs duties and taxes into the shipping rate for the orders destined for Canada and the United Kingdom exclusively. This approach guarantees a seamless and efficient delivery experience for customers by covering all customs-related fees in advance. During the order checkout process, we will assess these costs and present them as part of the total shipping price, thereby ensuring a transparent cost breakdown for the buyer.

We do not currently offer this because the "free shipping offer" applies to all products. But during checkout time you can mention in notes to expedite the order.

Each packing slip includes the following information: A list of the products included in the order; if an order is divided into two shipments due to different packaging for some products, we will write it on the packing slip; the return address, which, by default, is set to our warehouse address the product is shipped from.
