Our printing partner employs advanced technology that generates minimal wastewater and operates at a lower energy consumption than standard industry printers.

Production Information
At Geebyess, every item is produced on-demand. When you place an order, we manufacture your product exclusively for you. This approach prevents overproduction and minimizes textile waste while supporting our commitment to sustainable practices.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing
Our DTG printing process is ideally suited for items with high cotton content—such as t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags. In this method, ink is directly applied to the garment and absorbed into the fabric, much like printing on paper. We use Kornit printers that produce almost no wastewater and consume less energy than conventional models, reducing our carbon footprint. Our inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. We also follow strict guidelines to dispose of any surplus ink responsibly.
Embroidery
For products that benefit from a more durable finish and reduced waste, we offer embroidery using 100% recycled polyester threads. These threads are Oeko-Tex™ certified, ensuring they are safe for all, including children’s clothing. Compared to printing, embroidery minimizes waste since it does not involve ink residue.
This approach reflects our commitment to quality production and environmental responsibility while delivering premium products to our customers.
Eco-Friendly Product Materials
At GeeByEss, our eco-friendly collection features products made from at least 70% organic or recycled materials or a combination of both. All beauty products in this range are certified as natural.
Production Times
Every product in our catalog is made on-demand. Once you place an order, production begins immediately. While it takes time to create and deliver your product, this approach prevents overproduction and helps us protect both you and our shared environment.
